QuickJob Terms of Service

These terms describe how you use QuickJob and what you can expect from us. We wrote them in plain language, because a document nobody reads protects nobody.

1. Who runs QuickJob

The app is operated by QUICKJOB prosta spółka akcyjna (simple joint-stock company), registered office: ul. Wyględowska 8 lok. 48, 02-654 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001265247, tax ID (NIP) 5214179660, REGON 545709073 ("QuickJob", "we"). You can reach us at office@quickjobapp.com and through "Help & reports" in the app.

2. QuickJob is not an employment agency

QuickJob is a place where an employer posts a short job and you can apply for it. The contract of mandate is concluded between you and the employer only — we are not a party to it, we do not employ you and we do not direct your work.

The employer is responsible for the content of the posting, the working conditions and the payment. We are responsible for the app itself: that it works, that your data is safe and that the rules in these terms are enforced.

3. Who can use the app

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You provide real data — name, phone number, identity document.
  • One person, one account. Accounts must not be shared or resold.
  • Applying for a job requires a verified identity; some postings additionally require student status.

4. How a job works

  • The employer publishes a job: date, hours, place, rate and requirements.
  • You apply with one tap. An application is not yet a reserved spot.
  • The employer accepts your application — from that moment the spot is yours and the clock for signing the contract starts.
  • You sign the contract in the app with a text-message code. Not signing in time releases the spot.
  • If you are not a citizen of the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, before your first shift you also sign the contract on paper at the employer — Polish law on employing foreigners requires it. The contract is in Polish; if your profile lists only English, it comes with an informational English version. That is why applying requires Polish or English in your profile.
  • After the shift the employer confirms your attendance. If nobody decides within 24 hours, attendance is confirmed in your favour.

5. Money — who pays whom

Your pay comes directly from the employer, outside the app, on the terms set in the contract. QuickJob does not hold your wages, does not process the payout and runs no worker wallet.

Our only revenue is the fee the employer pays when publishing a job. You pay us nothing — not for the account, not for applying, not for taking a job. The employer may not deduct this fee from your pay or pass it on to you in any other way.

If an employer does not pay you on time, report it through "Help & reports". We do not hold your money, so we cannot pay it out for them, but the report reaches our team and affects that employer’s standing in the app.

6. Your commitments

  • An accepted job is a commitment to a specific company and a specific shift.
  • Withdrawing from a shift you have signed a contract for is a strike — even if you cancel several days before the start. Three strikes within 6 months suspend your account until our team reviews the case.
  • Withdrawing later than 24 hours before the start, or simply not showing up, suspends your account straight away.
  • Declining an offer before signing the contract, or not signing it in time, is not a strike — the place goes back to the employer and your account is not affected.
  • You can see your strikes, with dates, in your profile.
  • Repeatedly breaking commitments ends in a permanent block.

7. Employer commitments

  • The posting must match reality — place, hours, scope of work and rate.
  • Pay must be settled within the deadline agreed in the contract.
  • Attendance must be reported truthfully; a no-show report blocks somebody’s account, so abusing it is a breach of these terms.
  • QuickJob fees may not be deducted from a worker's pay or passed on to them in any other way (Article 321 of the Polish Act on the labour market and employment services).
  • The employer is responsible for the legality of work by a foreigner from outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland: they also sign the contract on paper before the first shift, check the residence document and keep a copy, and for UKR status notify the labour office within 7 days. QuickJob reminds about this but does not check it.

8. Ratings and reviews

  • Only a shift with confirmed attendance can be rated.
  • One review per side per job; you can edit it for 48 hours.
  • Reviews become visible once both sides have written one, or after 7 days.
  • A review that breaks the law or common decency gets hidden — always with a stated reason.

9. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend an account for breaking these terms, providing false data, or after a reported no-show. A suspension always has a reason, and you have the right to appeal it at office@quickjobapp.com.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your profile. It cannot be done while you hold a signed contract for a shift that has not happened yet: that is a commitment to a company counting on you.

10. Complaints

File complaints about the app through "Help & reports" or at office@quickjobapp.com. We answer within 14 days. Matters about the work itself — conditions, pay, hours — go to the employer first; you can report them to us in parallel.

11. Changes to these terms

We announce changes in the app in advance. If you do not accept a new version you can delete your account — changes never apply retroactively to jobs already accepted.

12. QuickJob GOLD subscription

An employer can subscribe to QuickJob GOLD monthly (49 zł net, 60.27 zł incl. VAT per month) or yearly (468 zł net, 575.64 zł incl. VAT per 12 months, i.e. 39 zł net a month). The fee is charged to a card by our payment provider (Stripe) and renewed automatically for another period of the same length until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — the current period is not refunded. If a charge fails, the benefits are paused until the payment goes through.

  • The first two jobs published in each month of the subscription (counted from the activation day, also on the yearly plan) carry a 0 zł fee. Unused free jobs do not roll over and are restored only when the job is cancelled on full-refund terms (before anyone signed a contract).
  • Further jobs in the month cost less, for every day of the job: 25 zł net for 1 person, 45 zł net for 2 people, 59 zł net for 3 people and 10 zł net for each additional person.
  • GOLD covers only the pricing terms above. It gives no mark in the app and no higher place in the job list. A gold outline around the logo and a place at the top of the list, ahead of other jobs, go to a business rated 4.5 or higher on average across at least 5 visible worker reviews, regardless of any subscription. Within each group the order chosen by the worker applies (soonest or best paid).
  • A business created with a referral code receives one GOLD period without a card; it simply expires afterwards and nothing is charged.
  • A job published under GOLD keeps its price from the moment of publication even after the subscription ends.

13. Business wallet and invoices

  • The wallet is a prepayment for QuickJob services. The balance can be spent only on QuickJob fees: publishing jobs and the GOLD subscription. It is not electronic money, a payment account or a deposit, and earns no interest.
  • Every payment goes into the wallet — both a top-up and a card payment when publishing a job; the publishing fee is taken from the wallet. The smallest payment is 20 zł net, the largest 5,000 zł net. 23% VAT is added to each payment. The balance is kept in net amounts.
  • QuickJob's service is publishing a job in the app. It is performed at the moment of publication, and that is when we take the fee according to that day's price list.
  • The publishing fee is a fixed amount for every day of the job, depending on the number of people that day: 29 zł net for 1 person, 50 zł net for 2 people, 69 zł net for 3 people and 15 zł net for each additional person. It does not depend on the hourly rate or the number of hours. At publication we take the fee for the full crew.
  • If the business withdraws a job more than 24 hours before it starts, we refund the whole fee. After the job ends we recalculate the fee for every day by the number of people who actually worked that day and refund the difference — provided the business picked candidates for all places or for as many people as applied. Refunds and reductions always go back to the wallet, never to the card.
  • For all payments in a month we issue one collective invoice at the start of the next month, no later than the 15th. Each payment is a separate line with its date. Spending the balance is not invoiced again.
  • The balance cannot be transferred to another business or user, and cannot be used to pay workers or anyone other than QuickJob. We do not pay the balance out on request.
  • Bonuses (e.g. for a referral) and promotional credit are a discount on future QuickJob services. We keep them separate from paid-in funds and use them first. They are not refundable or payable and are forfeited when the business closes. When a fee goes back to the wallet, paid-in funds return first, and bonuses only to the extent they paid for the job.
  • When a business closes, we refund the unused paid-in funds together with the VAT the business paid within 14 days, as described in section 14 (by the same payment method), and issue a corrective invoice for the refund.
  • If paid-in funds fall below zero after a bank reversal (chargeback), publishing jobs and buying GOLD are paused until a top-up evens the balance. Bonuses do not pay off this debt.

14. Payments and refunds

  • Available payment methods: BLIK, instant online bank transfers, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro payment cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Online payments are handled by mBank S.A. through its Paynow service. Card payments are processed by Autopay S.A. The GOLD subscription is paid by card through Stripe.
  • Prices are given in Polish złoty, net and gross (with 23% VAT), in the app and in the price list on quickjobapp.com. QuickJob services are provided electronically — there are no delivery costs.
  • A wallet top-up and a payment when publishing a job are fulfilled as soon as the payment is authorised (usually within seconds).
  • We refund a payment (e.g. when a business closes, after an upheld complaint or a withdrawal from the agreement) by the same payment method that was used — for a card payment, to the account linked to the card. If the payment provider can no longer accept the refund (e.g. the card has expired), we refund by bank transfer to the account the business gives us. Refunds and reductions of job fees described in section 13 go back to the wallet.
  • A consumer, and a sole trader for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature (art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), may withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason — a message to office@quickjobapp.com is enough. We then refund unused funds from wallet top-ups within 14 days of receiving the statement. Publishing a job is a service performed in full at the moment of publication, at the employer's express request, with the knowledge that the right of withdrawal for that part ends once it is performed.
  • Payment complaints are made like any other complaint — section 10.

15. Governing law

Polish law applies to the agreement covering your use of the app. This does not limit the rights granted to you as a consumer by mandatory provisions of law.
