Staff a shift. Even for tomorrow.
Publish the shift, choose the people you want and let the app handle the contracts. You pay the worker directly; QuickJob charges a fee when you publish.
How it works
- Register and verifyAdd your company; a small transfer confirms it once.
- Publish a shiftPlace, date, hours, rate and headcount. The fee is shown before you publish.
- Choose your candidatesReview profiles with ratings and accept the ones you want.
- Contracts are signed in the appEach accepted worker signs before the shift, and you see who has.
- After the shiftConfirm attendance and hours, download the PDF confirmation and rate the workers.
What it costs
- A fee when you publish a shift — a small percentage of its value, taken from a prepaid company wallet and shown before you publish.
- Withdraw a shift more than 24 hours before it starts and the whole fee returns to the wallet.
- Wages go directly from you to the worker, never through QuickJob. All payments in a month are on one collective VAT invoice.
Prices: Pricing. Details: Terms of service, section 13.
What we ask of you
- Publish shifts that match reality — place, hours, scope of work and rate — and pay within the deadline in the contract.
- Never deduct QuickJob’s fee from a worker’s pay.
- For a worker from outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland you are responsible for the legality of the work, including a paper contract before the first shift.
